20" to 27" iMac

I just purchased a new iMac since I got the folder in a ? During startup on my old machine . Prior to then I backed up with time machine to a time capsule.
My question is that I use CS6 and Lightroom presets that I purchased years back and lost the codes for activation. Wll the Time Capsule copy all of my actions and presets and work as my old system?
