I have used my music on 2 computers and i forgot how many i have got left but I am getting an imac at christmas but what if theres a problem and i end up neededing to send it back and get a new one or something and i have to enter it again.. will I lose my music or is there a away of opening up more computer accounts?

If your worried that you won't be able to play your music on your new computer by authorising it, iTunes allows you to authorise up to 5 computers to play iTunes-bought files.

After this, if you wish to use a different computer, you must de-authorise one of the other 5.

Actually there is a funny thing in iTunes where if you authorise 5 times and cant authorise any more and say you dont have access to one of the other computers - you can choose de-authorise the whole lot in one go giving you 5 clean authoristions again. Handy if you have sold your computers or passed them on. You simply just authorise your new machines again..

It's never a real big problem :)
