2002 Ibook software

I have this computer and was hoping someone could lead me to where i can download drivers for it. I just bought it off craigslist and would like to boot it up like new. Any help would be greatly appreciated!.

By drivers, you mean OS X?

You'll have to buy the CDs from ebay, or some other dealer that sells a version compatible with that machine.

So it didn't come with any software CDs?

You'll have to get either 10.2 or 10.3.

I actually have searched for the version just the type in general. Thank you though because i think searching for the 10.2.8 would work. Yesss

If you are currently running 10.2.8 and pleased with it, keep it!
If not, buy an UPGRADE cd to 10.3 on eBay. At the same time, look for an UPDATE cd for 10.3.9 (which puts the free updates on cd so you don't have to download them from Apple...in case you are using dial-up)

So by restoring the computer wouldn't help me out speed wise?. I know it's not the fastest in the world but i would like to restore it just to see. I'm finding anything useful so your opinions are welcome.
