2007 Macbook Display Hinge

Hello, I have a 2007 MacBook Running 10.6 perfect. It still does day to day tasks well and i gave the machine to my brother, The display is very loose now, mostly since i used the machine all the way through high school and my first year of college. Is it possible to replace the hinge?
