My 2007 white Macbook display shows quite a bit of what can only be described as static at certain angles. When the screen to keyboard angle is adjusted it will go away and the static won't come back as long as the computer is not moved. It is completely usable otherwise and has been this way for years. I have a new Macbook Air so I haven't messed around with this old one much, but I've gotten into a fix it up mood lately. Any ideas on what could be causing this?
Also, is it worth throwing an SSD into this older laptop if I can solve the static issue. Amazon has some 256GB crucial drives on sale for $70ish today. Thanks!
