I have a mid 2007 MBP. Some of my keys recently came off and or are not working. Does the Apple store still do keyboard replacements for these or would I have to send it to Apple? And if so, how much would it be? I know I could probably buy one online and do it myself, but I don't have much time and I really need it fixed by this weekend. Any ideas? Thanks.

I would make an appointment at your nearest Apple Store. I reckon a keyboard replacement on a 07 MPB would run you about $65+ for the part and $85 or so for labor. I had my old MPB's keyboard replaced for around that that price a while back. (Mind you, it was an out of warranty repair)
