2007 MBP LED Issue

My backlight has been delayed coming on, so I reset the PRAM and SMC, plus recently did a clean install of Mac OS Mountain Lion on my Mac. While most of the issues I was having have been resolved, the LED lights now have a light/dark lighting pattern. It's noticeable al the time, but more on solid/light backgrounds. I attached a picture of bootup. Anyway to fix this or is it faulty hardware?

Look like you will need a new LCD display.
