I need to upgrade my 2GB to 4GB and I know nothing about what kind of RAM to buy to upgrade my 2007 2.4GHz MBP. Help a noob out :D

There are macrumours memory guides.

Crucial have an apple page, which probably lists your model.

Or you can use the memory advisor on the same page.
Is this your one?

As already mention by sofianito, you need DDR2 PC2-5300 / DDR2-667.

You can buy from Crucial, or you might want to take a look at somewhere like amazon who might have the same RAM a little cheaper.
Search for: ddr2 pc2-5300

For example, these ones currently at $49.99 on amazon:

You don't have to get Crucial, but I wouldn't buy unknown brands. RAM from someone like Corsair should be o.k. too.
