You can buy from Crucial, or you might want to take a look at somewhere like amazon who might have the same RAM a little cheaper. Search for: ddr2 pc2-5300 For example, these ones currently at $49.99 on amazon: http://www.amazon.com/Crucial-PC2-5300-200-Pin-Notebook-CT2KIT25664AC667/dp/B000PMGZDO You don't have to get Crucial, but I wouldn't buy unknown brands.
