2007 santa rosa optibay choices

SONOFA - I can't seem to hit the right search terms.

I'm pretty sure I need a sata to pata to put a hard drive in there, but cannot seem to find one on either eBay or newmodeus - so now I'm thinking I'm wrong.

I'm just about to order a boot ssd and 750 storage drive.. can anyone help me out with a link to a reputable reasonably priced caddy.

I'm running two HDs - an SSD primary and HDD in my Optibay. Go with Optibay. Trusted brand and it works as advertised. My computer also runs super quiet and there are no vibrations coming from the Optibay

I believe that's sata drive to sata computer interface which won't work.

The optical drive on the santa rosa pre unibody macs is PATA, rather than sata :/

Thanks Sporadic. I was hoping to find one for less than $50.. as I'm not quite sure how well this will work out - since the machine only supports 1.5 I'm not sure the ssd will even be that much of a boost :/
