2008 Macbook black lines around windows

hey everyone,
lately ive been getting this weird black box/lines around my active windows.
anyone know whats wrong =(

Go to System Preferences-->Universal Access, and make sure all the voice over commands and whatnot are turned off.

Although, when that's the case it's typically a solid black box, not a bunch of lines like that. What you're showing could also be a graphics chip issue...hmm

update: just as an update, i figured out it was due to me installing FLASH 10.1 Beta on my macbook.

i guess, my x3100 just can't handle it or what not.
