2008 MacBook problems with sleep mode since 10.6.7

Hi!

Since I updated my MacBook to 10.6.7, the sleep mode results in serious problems. The van doesn´t go off, the hard drive doesn´t go to sleep and makes funny noise. When opening the MacBook again, the display stays black, only chance is to reboot.

I trieg the hardware test, but no result. Anyone experiencing similiar problems since updating to 10.6.7? Any solutions?
