2008 macpro upgrade to 4k

My current MacPro 3.1 configuration are Quad-Core Intel Xeon 3ghz 24gb Ram Video Cards ATI Radeon HD 5770 and NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GT. I want to know do I need to upgrade anything to work with a 4k monitor? I work with photoshop and do video editing.

Will depend on display but more than likely the 5770 will be able to run via MDP or DP.

It will be limited to 30HZ.
