2008 Unibody Macbook Pro Fan Problem

I bought my new Macbook Pro on 11/08/08 and the left side fan has started to knock really bad. What are the chances that they can fix / replace it at the apple store? If they replace it will they swap the hard drive out?
BTW love the new machine; I like it more than the 17" I had.

Replacement is unlikely considering your more than 14 days of the regular return policy; however the holiday policy is until January, so maybe they will exchange it.

If you want to keep your drive the only option is to have it repaired.
