Please let me know if the below are the correct cables I need in order to connect my white 2008 macbook 4,1 to my Panasonic HDMI TV's.

For picture:

@ the OP: Personally, I would use a Mini-DVI to DVI adaptor, and a 6 ft DVI to HDMI cable. Same thing, really, except if you ever wanted to hook your MacBook up to a DVI monitor, you'd just need a DVI cable and no adaptor.

@chrisperro: if you have a MacBook, you have Mini-DVI or Mini-DisplayPort. For either one, there's no reason to convert to VGA first and then convert to HDMI. If you have an iBook, which one is it?
