So I turn my computer on this morning, but it doesn't get past the white loading screen with the wheel (it just endlessly turns).
Now, I've tried the suggestions both in the help manual, and from friends, and after trying to repair the disk (and getting an error message), I'm fairly sure that this is a hard drive failure. My only doubt is that on the very rare occasion, I've been able to actually get the computer started up - but internet fails to work.
I bought my laptop from PC World in the UK in October - what would be my best course of action?
