2009 15" screen replacement/reglue/fix?

Hello

My macbook pro 2009 15 inch screen is starting to "unglue" from the main frame and lcd screen.

its not fully unglued and only in parts, what is the best way to reglue the screen?

Should I reglue, buy a screen protector or case for the macbook pro?

Should I buy a whole new replacement screen?

If it's just the glass that is coming loose then i'd suggest get this:

it's cheap and get's you new glue strips as to attach the screen. Should be able to find this somewhere near you.
