Just noticed a problem with my 2009 Aluminum MacBook Pro. Whenever i move my MacBook Pro it makes a weird creak dull ringing sort of sound. I also hear this sound when I press on the underside or grip tightly to it.

What could this be?

Please advise

Either something came loose inside, or it's just your hard drive's heads parking themselves, is it coming from the left palmrest area?

The sound is mostly heard when I press on the underneath of my MBP in the middle and when I move it quickly I hear it on both the left and right hand sides.

Can you record it and attach the recording to your next post? You can use the built in microphone and QT X if you have Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard installed.

You can .zip the recording and have it up to 1.14 MB in size to use this board to exchange files.
