2009 iMac & 4K external display

Does my 27" iMac (Late 2009) support a external 4K display (at full resolution) ??

2.66 GHz i5
16GB RAM

If this is the same GPU, then no, it looks like it can't support 4K.

No, max 2560x1600. There was no consumer level 4k computer content / monitor when your iMac introduced... It's almost impossible to have a 4k ready grahpic card if your computer was made in 2009.
