2009 iMac slow to boot (> 1 minute)

Hi guys,

I've owned my new 2009 iMac for a few weeks now, but the boot time is quite long. It takes 7 seconds for the chime to start, and 30 seconds before the Apple logo show. Why does it take so long? I've got the 2.93 GHz machine, with the ATI card. I've already repaired permissions multiple times, and ran Onyx scripts. What do I do?
