I turn off my work computer and unplugged it to move to another office. I hand carried it and did not drop it between moves. When I plugged it in and pushed the power button nothing happened. I tried all the different unplug and button pushing thing I saw on YouTube... still won’t turn on. Any help out there?

If you're sure the outlet has power (plug in a lamp or something to be sure), you might possibly try to use a different power cord. If it's neither of those, something came loose, or died, internally and you'll have to take it apart to figure out what.

I’ll wait a bit before I open it up...

Machines do age physically and similar things have happened to me in the past. My money would be that the power supply lost a capacitor from it's board during the move. Capacitors do fall apart over time (length depends on the quality of the capacitor) and eight years is a decent run. Just being carried could have been enough to do in a capacitor that was just hanging on and would have been fine had you not moved it.

Were I in your shoes I'd have grabbed a new power supply off eBay already though I'm pretty comfortable cracking machines so I'll leave that up to you. Happy to help if I can.
