2009 Mac Pro Firmware Upgrade Utility

I did that with Mavericks. However, that shouldn't be any problem (that tool is not develop for Mavericks as well). The flash utility require a cold start, and flash the Mac Pro before it load the OSX, that process should be independent to the OSX version.
