2009 Mac Pro - Quad to Octo upgrade path?

I know it sounds ridiculous, but have you seen how easily the CPU daughterboard pops out? What are the chances of being able to buy a new daughterboard in the future with chips to slide in there? Just pop in your RAM and you are set to go. Would be a very nice upgrade option in a year or two when the prices drop.
