2009 Mac Pro to 2013 iMac

I have a Mac Pro 4,1 with the 2.93 GHz quad-core Xeon and 12GB RAM. I'm thinking about getting a 2013 BTO iMac with the 3.5 GHz i7, 16GB RAM and GTX 780M.

What kind of performance difference would I expect to see with the iMac as compared to my Mac Pro?
