So, we are running a 2009 Mac Pro and we are mainly using a software called propresenter, the issue we are having is when we launch a video clip the clip is stalling for up to 5 secs, this is not working for us. The MP has a NVidia Geforce card in it, and we have heard that this may be the issue. Any thoughts? If we did change out the cards what should we try? thanks

We are running 5 screens with this machine... Using a triple-head-to-go

Knowing which card you have would help.

Look in System Profiler

You should probably get video cards to run all 5 screens instead of that 2 goo thing.

Apple 5770 can run 3 (get it from them) or a 6870 could run 4.

You may want to get an Apple 5870 for ultimate ease and power. From Apple store or one of their retailers.
