So I was removing the bottom cover of my Macbook to replace it and I found that there was a loose wire/cable. I attached a screenshot from a disassembly video. Does anyone know what this wire does? I'm guessing soldering is the only way to fix this.

This could be related but whenever I play a video in full screen I get either a black or white screen until I exit fullscreen mode. Does anyone know the cause? (if it isn't related to the first issue).

Those are your left speaker and microphone connectors. Do not touch them as they are very delicate connections.

It is not related. Try to ensure Flash Player is up to date as there have been bugs in past versions regarding full screen video.
