I am looking to upgrade my hard drive to a solid state drive. My computer specs are:

Macbook Model: 6,1

Intel Core 2 Duo 2.26GHz
2GB Ram - 1067MHz DDR3
250gb HDD

Link Speed: 3gb/s
Negotiated Link Speed: 1.5gb/s

I have taken a look at a couple ssds and the link are provided below. I am just wondering if there is a specific hard drive i should buy. I was thinking of buying one that is 6gb/s because if I decide to upgrade my computer in the future i can move the drive over.

the 120gb

the 120gb

Also is there any real difference between using the 120gb and the 240gb? other than the extra space. I have heard of people having trouble between the "Link Speed and the Negotiated Link Speed" any specific drives that solve this problem?
