That simple.

I can't seem to find a concrete answer about this on the sticked thread and by using the advanced search.

2009 15" MBP w/ Intel 320 Series 120GB.
Should I use TRIM Enabler ? Does it even work on Lion ? (I saw it was a beta or something)

The Intel 320 drive supports trim.

Rather than the trim enabler software I'd follow the procedure here tho : http://digitaldj.net/2011/07/21/trim-enabler-for-lion/
 
I have the exact same drive as yours in a mid 2009 13" MBP. I enabled trim support via the hack posted above and the drive performs fine (exactly the same speeds as before trim was enabled R~260Mb/s W~130Mb/s)

i was really impressed with the performance and my MBP is crazy fast. I hope its working the same way for you.
