I'm having sleep problems with my 2009 13" MBP. If I close the lid or explicitly tell it to go to sleep, it does so with no problem. The "scheduled" sleep function in the energy saver prefpane also seems to work fine. However, if left to sit there for X minutes (as set in the energy saver prefpane) it will not go to sleep. The display and the external monitor to which it is connected will turn off, but the computer itself stays running- and the white status light on the front does not "pulse".
I have tried rebooting, and resetting the SMC, disabling bluetooth, etc. all with no improvement.
Any idea what is wrong?
I'm on the latest version of Snow Leopard BTW, not Lion.
