I replaced the ram in a 2009 Unibody Macbook and ever since putting it back together the rubber lining on the bottom has got gradually looser and looser. Now it's almost hanging off

It's like it's warped with the heat from the machine. I guess it was perfectly sealed in the factory, and my opening it upset that?

Anyone experience the same and have a fix for it?

Also the top case has cracks either side of the hinge.

Do Apple offer a replacement (like they did with the previous generaton cracked white cases). This Macbook has barely been taken out of the house!

Thanks Intell, just what I was hoping for.

How about for the topcase cracks? Is that a recognised fault too?
