2009 (white) Macbook MB881LL ram question

i read through some threads claiming the usage of 800mhz RAM and 2.0ghz models using 6gb RAM
official spec is (RAM) 667mhz / 4gb

what's going on ?

I believe the FSB speed is 800mhz, but RAM only operates at 667mhz.

it looked a little crowded
i'm mainly concerned with the issues of speed / capacity
probably going with the CAS4 4gb kit from OWC
but would like some feedback on Omni ram
