I believe these are the same ones in the MBP. They are definitely the largest 7200RPM drives currently available.

Not a bad deal since i paid 120 for a 120gig unit for my macbook..

I just checked and although Dell sells them with their computers, they don't appear to have any 2.5" (notebook size) 200GB 7200RPM drives for sale from any manufacturer.
