2010 apple time capsule continually buffers videos

I have a 2010 time capsule, That usually works well. the past 3 daysIt seems to buffer every video I load. It is driving me crazy. What can I do to fix this? should I buy a airport wireless system to attach to my time capsule? I have 2 laptops synced wirelessly a ps3 attached through an ethernet cord and my iPhone that hooks up to the wifi. does it buffer because it is overloaded? Please help

guys I only have an 30 min left for black friday apple store sale.... a little help would be appreciated.

i would figure that the router doesnt matter taking into consideration that the router is only as capable as the modem that your cable company has given you. But I dont really understand this stuff so any help is greatly appreciated
