2010 Dual Core 2.66ghz i7 vs 2011 Quad Core 2.3ghz i7

Does anyone one have links or benchmarks comparing the high end CPU for this update and last year's?

The ones I've see on Apple are kind of a mishmash of i5 and i7. Would like to get a better understanding the difference in ghz to actual performance.
