Replaced the power supply to my 2010 iMac a few months ago and it worked again.
I did not have the iMac on when a couple of weeks ago a storm passed causing power outages.
I have the plug connected to a grounded power protector.
I attempted to use the iMac this past week but when I pushed the button it didn't turn on, even after repeated attempts. Is the power supply fried?

I was thinking of getting HD docking station to save the HD. Which one should I get for that year iMac? BTW: The HD was changed a few yrs ago at an Apple Store due to HD recall and don't know what brand was used. Thanks for your replies!
