I was wondering how much would be reasonable to ask for selling a 2010 Mac Mini 2.4GHz Core 2 Duo with 4 GB ram and 350 GB hard drive?

I have just bought the 2012 2.3GHz Core i7, expecting delivery early next week and custom installing 8 GB of ram into it. Anyone else got one and could give a review of how the new one runs?

As a starting point, you can check Mac2Sell, eBay (including completed sales), or Amazon for prices of similar models, to get an idea of what a reasonable price may be. Then adjust the price to account for condition, configuration, remaining AppleCare coverage (if any), etc.

These are still sought after because they have a DVD/CD drive in them, however if you have still warranty on it then price is a lot better.

I just paid 400 for a MINT (9.5/10(I think I could wipe it down and get 9.8/9)) condition 2010 Mac mini. Granted, I had been waiting for a deal for quite sometime.

I figure 450-500 would be an idea price for the system in great condition.

I also helped the guy transfer all of his pictures and everything.

The system is in perfect condition still has 8 months AppleCare. Are u talking 400 in American $? Because I was actually thinking at a guess myself that it would be worth £280. I had a quick look on eBay and couldn't really see any on the uk version.

I would say....

400-450 USD can be a good price, tops. It would be circa 250-280 pounds, after a quick estimate.

Put it on eBay and sold it already. Got £320 for it, I think thats really reasonable.
