2010 Mac Pro and AMD R9 Fury Nano GPU

I've got a 2010 Mac Pro with a PC GTX 680 in it running 10.13.6

I pulled an AMD Fury R9 Nano GPU out of my gaming PC.

Can I put it in my Mac? Is there anything special I need to do for it to work properly?
