2010 Mac Pro Charging/Power up Issues

Hello everyone, I'm new to this forum but I've been following a few guys around for some time now. I've read a lot of threads that were extremely helpful but for this issue that I'm having now, I need to ask for some help.. I own a mid 2010 Mac Book Pro 13 inch 2.26 model A1278. The first time the computer messed up on me my wife plugged in the plug in into the computers dc inboard and sparks came out. Right after I bought a magsafe DC Inboard and replaced the part and the computer turned on with no issues except that our battery wasn't holding any charge. I ordered a new battery and before I can put it on, my brother started playing with my multimeter and touched the pins on my mac where the battery connects to the logic board. After that... I installed the battery thinking no harm was done since no sparks came out but come to find out the chargers light was now barely visible ( dim green ) and the computer would not start up. I tried the smc reset but nothing. So I sarted checking some Voltage readings and I need some helping trying to figure this out. It sucks that my laptop went from being fixed 1 minute to back to being broken the next. I've attached some pictures.. please help .. any advice would be great.
