2010 Mac Pro with RX-560 run El Capitan?

Has anyone got El Capitan to run on a 2010 Mac Pro with an RX-560 (or 460) video card? Anyway to use the RX-560 drivers from High Sierra to do it? I had to remove my HD-5770 video card to run Mojave, but I'd still like the option of booting into El Capitan without putting it back.
