Hi,
I have a new MacBook Pro 13" (for work). I use it attached to power all the time.
When I put it to sleep (when I close the lid or select Sleep from the Apple menu), it appears to go to sleep. However the next morning when I wake it up, I see messages like "Failed to shutdown due to application x not quitting", and some of my apps have closed, and other apps have a close requestor showing (or dozens of the same close requestor! Tsk, Eclipse!).
I've checked the console for shutdown messages, but there aren't any - it's mostly Adium messages and the odd Google Chrome message.
Does anyone have any idea what the problem is? It's almost as if the computer thinks it's low on power and performs an emergency shutdown - but the battery is fully charged and it's connected to mains power.
