2010 MB Takes 15 Minutes to Boot

I have a 2010 MB running ML that now takes about 15 minutes to boot up. It just shows a gray screen for most of that time and then the spinning wheel will finally come on and then it will boot up and run like nothing is run until I reboot again.

Any ideas on how to fix it? Thanks
