2010 MBA Best way to Repartition

I have a 2010 MBA and I long ago partitioned the SSD into 2 pieces(part A and part B).

The MBA boots from part A. Running Lion.

I want to resize partition A down in size and then resize partition B up in size.

What is the safest way to do this? Or is there a better approach?

Although there is no absolutely safe way to do this, I think the iPartition app is the best tool for the job.
