2010 MBP 13" 2.4 vs 13 rMBP 2.6

Aside speed of flash vs HDD, what kind of speed would increase going from a core2duo against a new i5, when it comes to light-medium usage of photoshop and heavy logic usage?
I'm looking to upgrade sometime this year, and the 13" new prices are convincing me.

Also, I'd love the 15" but the prices and size are an issue, I've used 13" for the last 6/7 years, and love it.

Core 2 Duo vs. i5 is not a close battle at all. For your uses, go with the i5.
