Is getting 2010 MBP for under £800 not possible?
Im looking on ebay and there is only 4.
The cheapest which is 725 has a small dent (Im not willing to buy it with a dent on as it is on the screens top). All the others have AZERTY keyboards (Because for some reason everyone likes to buy their macbooks from france?) except one which has quite a few white scuff marks...
I almsot have enough cash, do you think i will be able to get a 2010 model? Or is that out of the question?
Would I be better off getting a 2.8 Ghz C2D 17 inch MBP 09?
The specs of all of them:
500GB HDD
2.4-5 Ghz i5
4GB DDR 3 Ram

Thanks!

You're not very good on ebay if you only found four 2010 mbp's and, three of them are French!

You didn't say what screen size you want, but this is under your budget

Depends what size you're after, I've seen a few 13" returned 2011's for around £750 on the Argos Outlet ebay shop... so definitely keep an eye out for them.

Again, 13" model, if you know ANYONE who goes to Uni, are available for less than £860 new (2012 model i5 2.5Ghz, 500GB, 4GB).

I suppose it depends on what spec you're after.

I'll be selling a mint 2010 15" 2.4Ghz i5 MBP, but it has the High-res anti-glare, 8GB of RAM and a 256GB SSD... which may push it beyond £800 on the bay.

I've seen a few on eBay but with varying specifications.
