2010 MBP unmounted partition issue

Samsung 850EVO 512GB put in to a 2010 Macbook Pro replace old 250gb disk. Been okay till a few days ago. Only boots to recovery mode and disk utility only shows drive and an untitled partition.

Any ideas?
