They normally edit them a bit, and I'm assuming that given the technical hiccups, there is probably a bit more editing to do for this one.
I just have purposely avoided reading anything and this whole forum so there is not any spoilers, i dont know how much longer i can wait!

After all, there is a lot of editing he needs to do with trimming/cropping out all the WiFi glitches that happened today.
But it is taking a bit longer than normal because the little icons and video-editing JUST ISN'T MADE FOR YOUR FINGERNAIL AND A SMALL PHONE SCREEN!

We need to get someone to dive deep into the bowels of their servers and find this sucker!
Also, I think its taking awhile for two reasons....one....it was a pretty long keynote. And two....the demo fails might be something they cut out so they could take a little time. But normally its up by now.
