Maybe this has already been discussed but what, if any, configs will be available in-store besides the two stock configs? I'm looking for a model with an SSD and the high-res screen and want to know if I need to do BTO online.

2011 15" MBP Store Configs

I called a few stores in the Denver area (and even went to one), and the are pretty consistent in what they carried:
- none with ssd.
- 2.0 15 std res.
- 2.2 15 std res.
- 2.3 15 hi res, anti-glare (dont' know why but most of the stores had this same "BTO" config)
I was looking for 2.2 hi-res glossy, and one (park meadows) said they had it, but when i showed up, of course they didn't! Apparently, someone did the same thing (called and showed up) that morning. The sales folks (definitely not geniuses!) did not seem very up to speed on the new stuff... I had to insist that there was such a thing as a 15 hi-res glossy!

same thing happened to me too, I think its just an effort to get you to come into the store so that you may be tempted to go AG even though they don't have glossy in stock.
