Just wanted to give everyone a heads up. If you purchase one of the cheap OptiBay models that looks like this:

First, let me say that once you get the issues worked out it works fine, but there are things to keep in mind:

- The black edge that extends over the curvy side needs to be bent and torn off. You won't be able to properly re-set the WiFi/Bluetooth antennas if you don't remove it.
- The bottom half of the edge of the caddy that touches the fans needs to be manually sanded or shred down to about half of its current width. The caddy is longer than the SuperDrive and won't set down properly unless you get it a bit thinner.
- The 4 screws it comes with go into the holes on the HDD before you place it in the caddy. You then slide it in and the screws kind of get wedged under these plastic clips that stop it from moving vertically.

Overall if you're a bit handy (which you should be if you're taking your laptop apart) it's a great deal at $20 -- just be aware that you'll need to do some manual fixes to the caddy to have it work in the latest 17". I don't know if the 13" or 15" have the same problem (don't have them!).
