Anyone else having issues hearing MIDI files?

Played with the preview button in Finder, they're unhearable.

They won't open in iTunes for me at all.

Launching a MIDI file goes to Quicktime and makes you install Quicktime 7, then playing in Quicktime 7 is also extremely quiet.

Can't hear MIDI's at all.

It's late.

Anyone else having this issue?

What do you want to do with the file? Have you tried it GarageBand? What about converting it to an audio file in QuickTime or GarageBand and then boosting the level?

I'm trying to listen to it in all of it's MIDI glory.
