So I've noticed that when I am watching flash videos on my 2011 13" i5, it super heats and the fan goes crazy. I have iStat Pro and the temps stays around 85-90 C and the fan goes to about 5500. I do not have a keyboard cover on, and I have a full body bestskinsever skin. Some videos it happens on are cnet videos, metacafe videos. Airflow is not obstructed, in or out.
I had a 2009 2.26 C2D and I don't remember this happening.
Anyone know what to do?

Do you have a bunch of other flash websites open? That's your problem.

Install ClickToFlash so that the only Flash content running is what you're currently looking at. It'll help a bit, but Flash on OS X sucks compared to the Windows version.

Nope, I tried it with just one window open, one video, and still same issue. I have tried it with Safari and Firefox (both fully updated) and same problem persists.

In any case, OS X does not run Flash efficiently so that's the reason for the heat up.

Look up istat and then in the options menu show programs. Maybe there is a program on there that is CPU intensive.
