2011 iMac + 2012 rMBP, Bootcamp and Target Display Mode

I have a 2011 iMac and a Retina MacBook Pro. Target Display Mode works when both are running OS X but if the MacBook Pro is running Windows the iMac won't enter Target Display Mode.

I was under the impression that this should work (provided the iMac is running OS X). Especially since Thunderbolt Displays work with MacBooks using Bootcamp.

Does anyone know for sure if this works or not?
